I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Menopause Coach, and Group Fitness Instructor with 10+ years experience in the fitness industry.
I specialize in customizing whole person fitness and menopause coaching programs to my clients needs, goals, and accessibility.
It’s important to me that my clients know I am your collaborator, and I commit balancing challenge with curiosity around your goals when it comes to your personalized program.
As your coach, I plan to work WITH you to build a program that benefits your long term fitness and movement goals, creates accessibility with what you have, and deepens the relationship you have with yourself.

1 on 1 Menopause Coaching Program
This track serves peri and post menopausal women by supporting the client’s overall health to champion their self care, help them adapt to change, and personalize an exercise program that compliments current ability level, combats heart disease and bone density loss as hormones change.
The Coaching Program is 12 weeks
*Menopause-friendly Exercise Programming that’s person focused from day 1.
*Personalized App for self guided workouts between sessions

Seasonal Fitness DIY
My fitness app (if you were on it, or knew about it) is getting an UPGRADE
I’m shifting over to a new platform and excited to be programing for individuals wanting more of a DIY Personal Training experience without the PT pricing that you can use in any gym or at home setting.
As much as I love 1:1 time with my clients, sometimes that’s not always available pending finances or available time.
