1 on 1 Personal Training

  • I have limited availability to see clients in person in the comfort of your own home, and most accessibility to train clients virtually.

  • 24 hour notice of cancellation is requested for convenient rescheduling and respect to client/trainer time.

    Same day cancel or less than 12 hours notice (like 8pm cancel before 8am session), will not be returned to client out of respect to trainers time allotted for the session and preparation. Pay In Full Clients will have 1 free session that could come in handy.

    Emergencies are emergencies, and you have room to be a person, and I don’t anticipate I’m the first one you contact if something goes seriously wrong in your world. I’m also a person and understand if something in that category comes up. We can reschedule as needed.

  • Yes! Season Sessions are broken down by price per session, you can view Pay In Full cost HERE. PIF clients will receive 1 FREE session as a thank you AND be placed first in line for the next Season Session of your choice.

  • Personal Training sessions can be paid month to month or in full. Single session payment can be requested on a case by case basis.

  • Not at all! I specialize in using found space/the space you have for creating a workout you can do in the comfort of your own home, or bring additional equipment for training sessions in person with me.

    I do have a weird special skill and interest in moving the furniture, so if you’re trying to create a fitness/movement space in your home I am happy to assist and collaborate at upon request.

1 on 1 Menopause Coaching

  • Both Menopause Coaching Programs are 12 weeks long.

    The peri-program is directed and structured for pre-peri-menopause or peri-menopause humans wanting guidance in how their symptoms and lifestyle are affected by each other.

    Sessions will balance conversation, collaboration and building an exercise program designed to benefit each individual in the program.

    The Post- program is for individuals who have stopped menstruating for 12 months and have therefore entered “post-menopause”.

    This can include idividuals well into their life who don’t have a fitness routine right now, or don’t feel welcome in gym spaces and want to improve balance, prevent falls, strengthen bones, learn about strength training, even if they have no previous experience.

  • I am but a person, you are but a person. Life happens. Here’s what happens when that …happens.

    If YOU need to reschedule your session, please do so with 24 hours notice (if possible) and I will do my best to accommodate another time slot, if available.

    If you cancel within a 24 hour window I cannot guarantee I will be able to reschedule you for that month.

    If I need to reschedule your session, I will give you 24 hours notice and reschedule you at our next availability. You will NOT lose your 1 on 1 with me for that month, even if our next meeting falls in the next month.

  • Yes and no, I am NOT a certified dietitian or nutrition coach, however I CAN help my clients identify foods that may be helping or affecting menopause symptoms. We explore the importance of fiber, protein, and fats as it relates to the body during and after menopause. I can help explore recipes, shopping for ingredients, and exploring meal prep ideas for time management and taste preferences. If needed I can also recommend or refer clients out to my trusted referral network of registered dietitians if we discover a necessary nutrition or food specific experience that needs additional guidance.

My Fitness APP

  • I originally set out to make a fitness app to make fitness, no matter where or how you train, more accessible in your unique body. And for my mom =) My skill set with form, function and offering options means my focus in there is to show you as many ways to do a particular movement pattern that I have seen and can think of to give you the opportunity to practice, find what movement patterns work in YOUR body at any given time, AND be able to take that knowledge with you to your in studio, fast paced, fitness classes where you might not get as much time with the coach to talk about form or ask questions during the session (or if the coach doesn’t actively take the time to talk to you about it).

    I also have an entire channel dedicated to < 10min movement flows that you can do just about anywhere with minimal to NO equipment in case you only have 10-15mins in your day. Mindset isn’t all or nothing in there, Something will always count so long as it serves YOU in YOUR body.
